Job Responsibilities:

Supporting/ assisting function of the Technical (Sales) Manager with his following tasks:

Definition and Supervision of individual sales targets of the Service & Sales team (in the flooring (Parquet/ Laminate/ PVC) and furniture industry).
Build and maintain long term relationship with key customers
Develop new opportunities with prospective customers to acquire new business
Provide professional technical service to customers in product introduction, selection, troubleshooting etc.
Collect market information (new trends / developments)
Negotiation with raw material suppliers
Coordinate local production in Shanghai
Submit monthly and weekly reports on time to German CEO

Requirements:

College degree or above, majored in chemical and wood or related subjects
At least 1 - 2 years relevant sales experience in one of the following industries: Chemical, wood
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good written and fluently spoken English
Be positive, proactive, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player
